Steve is a pleasure to work with. He had familiarity with both rural and city property. He even did a little work in my backyard removing a dilapidated swing seat! Haha! Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the purchase and sale of my home in Lubbock. I was an absentee owner but was kept informed by Steve throughout the ownership period. He made suggestions during the negotiations for the sale but allowed my to call the shots on the pricing. Steve is good real estate professional.
