After serving over 28 years as a Realtor in the Lubbock community, what I enjoy most about my career is still the same thing that got me started—helping people.

Buying or selling a home, land, farm, or investment property can be a big decision, and I believe people deserve someone they can trust to be there for them. I don't look at my clients as just another transaction. I want to get to know them, understand what is important to them, and help them make good decisions that fit their goals and their lives.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping more than 800 families and being involved in more than $126 million in real estate sales volume. While I am proud of those numbers, what means the most to me are the relationships behind them—the families who have trusted me to help them buy their first home, sell a longtime home, purchase land, invest in real estate, or find the right place to build their future.

I help families buy and sell throughout Lubbock, Shallowater, Idalou, Abernathy, Wolfforth, and the surrounding South Plains. I have also enjoyed helping clients in neighborhoods throughout Lubbock, including Tech Terrace, Rush, Melonie Park, Lakeridge, Primrose Pointe, Orchard Park, Oakmont, and South Lubbock.

My experience includes helping first-time home buyers, investors, new construction buyers, military veterans, 1031 exchange clients, and people looking for acreage, farms, ranches, rural properties, and student housing. My 22 years of farming experience before entering real estate have been especially valuable when helping people understand and purchase rural property.

I believe honesty, trust, hard work, and treating people the way I would want to be treated are the most important parts of my business. My goal is to be someone my clients can call when they have a question, need advice, or simply aren't sure what to do next.

I have earned the GRI, CHMS, ABR®, and SRS real estate designations, and I continue to learn so I can better serve the people who put their trust in me. Since 1998, I have been proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors team.

I have also been married to my beautiful wife, Carolyn, for 47 years. Family has always been an important part of my life, and I believe that is one reason I enjoy helping other families so much.
